Artists' Residence in the Hills
Collaboration with Andrea Hipolito (Interior Design), Xiyuan Chen (Landscape Architecture)
The site is situated in the south of La Puebla de
Fantova. It’s 1 hour drive from Huesca and 2 hours’
drive from Zaragoza, Spain.
Our design is informed by the landscape, climate, and
materials of the area. Inserting the architecture into the slope to
create dynamic spatial qualities and experiences. The
architecture facilitates education, art, and economic
programs. Fostering an increase in economy, our
aim was to engage higher rate of tourism through
our concept of integrating a farm-to-table experience
within the vicinity. Our in-house olive farm promotes
local production of olive oil and it gives an opportunity
of extending the production to a food and hospitality
setting, expanding business revenue.

Public Art InstallationConsumerism as beauty tax for women(fem-identifying people)
Conceptual art focuses on form and materials, placing less emphasis on aesthetics. The artwork itself is an object of thought—a manifestation of an idea. We can view objects, structures, and materials as "spatial containers" of various sorts, regardless of their value, scale, or appearance. Why do these containers take a particular form, color, or material?
This book aims to collect such “spatial containers” and enclose them within the book format, creating a space that itself holds ideas from my mind.
